Mon Laferte / Marilia Monzón 

The Chilean, Mon Laferte, always in search of new styles and rhythms, will return to Pirineos Sur to present her latest work, ‘Autopoiética’, released at the end of 2023. Her unmistakable voice, her vindictive lyrics and her ability to combine Andean folk with rock, blues and urban pop rhythms have made her a unique figure. Before closing, it will be the turn of Marilia. The Canarian composer’s music is characterised by its simplicity and beauty and gives healing qualities to songs that lack artifice. Her first album, ‘Prenderé Una Velita’ (2023), is a hymn to hope, healing, oblivion and love. The album was produced by Juanma Latorre (Vetusta Morla) and mixed and mastered by Latin Grammy winner Nacho Sotelo (Carla Morrison, Mon Laferte).
